                                                                     MESA REDONDA

 es un grupo de discusión de personas en torno a un tema relevante, dirigida por un moderador ante un auditorio constituido por personas interesadas en el tema. El moderador abre la sesión, concede la palabra alternativamente a los oponentes, formulan preguntas, controla el tiempo de participación, cierra la sesión con una síntesis y un comentario personal.


CARACTERISTICAS DE LA MESA REDONDA

1. Elegir un tema polémico.
2. Tener claros los objetivos de la reunión.
3. Seleccionar a los participantes con el cuidado de que tengan puntos de vistas divergentes sobre el tema.
4. Elegir un moderador imparcial.
5. Planificar previamente la reunión con los participantes, sin que haya discusión preliminar.
6. Dar un tiempo de diez minutos en una primera ronda.
7. Establecer un turno donde el público exprese sus opiniones y haga preguntas a los participantes.
8. Cerrar la mesa con un resumen de las ideas principales y la enumeración de conclusiones por parte del moderador.
